I'm a Long Island-based wedding coordinator with a passion for making the planning process feel as good as the day itself. I work closely with my couples to keep things organized, calm, and on track so that when the day arrives, all you have to do is be present for it.
What I love most about this work is the details. Not just the big moments, but the small ones that make your day feel completely like you. I take care of the logistics so you don't have to, and I bring a steady, experienced hand to everything from vendor coordination to day-of timelines.

Vivian was the DOC for our wedding and she was truly invaluable! I am very particular and she made the process so seamless for me. She reached out to all the vendors to coordinate/confirm timelines and provided a detailed itinerary. On our wedding day, she was with me every step of the way and we did not have to worry about a single thing. We received compliments from our vendors and our families were even raving about her and her magical emergency kit. She made sure everything was running on time and the venue was set up as we envisioned. She is extremely organized and responsive. Aside from being incredible at her job, she is so sweet and has such a calm demeanor which is exactly what is needed to calm wedding jitters.
