Vivian is a Long Island–based event planner known for her thoughtful attention to detail, calming presence, and genuine passion for creating meaningful celebrations. She brings a steady hand and a warm heart to every event—whether coordinating weddings, milestone moments, or intimate gatherings, both locally and beyond.

Vivian was phenomenal. She was the most caring, attentive and organized person and she’s just what we needed that day. Vivian was the DOC for our wedding and she was truly invaluable! I am very particular and she made the process so seamless for me. She reached out to all the vendors to coordinate/confirm timelines and provided a detailed itinerary. On our wedding day, she was with me every step of the way and we did not have to worry about a single thing. We received compliments from our vendors and our families were even raving about her and her magical emergency kit. She made sure everything was running on time and the venue was set up as we envisioned. She is extremely organized and responsive. Aside from being incredible at her job, she is so sweet and has such a calm demeanor which is exactly what is needed to calm wedding jitters.
